Inventory Controller (Trackwork)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage Inventory Management System (Key fields) to record inventory – incoming/outgoing goods

• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments of physical parts against shipping documents and ensure accuracy

• Update daily and timely on all incoming/ outgoing stock accurately Report immediately to TSA Manager

• Timely update to internal departments/customs with order reports.

• Maintain and update the Inventory Management Reports, and generate inventory reports

• Conduct physical cycle count and stock take – monthly/quarterly/yearly

• Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Meticulous, proactive, independent, and responsible individual.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

   *Salary commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years working experience in Inventory

• Preferably with Construction experiences

• Rail experience with LTA project in Singapore would be an advantage

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadline
