The commitment is to conform to and where possible exceed the requirements and recommendations of applicable legislation, regulations, codes of practice and Standards by BCA (Building & Construction Authority) and BizSafe. In 2007, GATES fulfilled all the safety requirements and was awarded with bizSAFE Partner Certificate, bizSAFE level 3 in November 2010 followed by OHSAS 18001:2007 Certification. This is a testimonial of GATES PCM’s commitment to uploading the standards set by the Workplace Safety and Health Council.

In addition, GATES were appreciated by many clients for its contribution and effort in maintaining the safety management system for their projects without any fail. GATES was even received Safely performance Award for good safely performance and achieving 6.5 million free man-hours.

GATES also promotes Work Life Balance for its employees. Regular healthy life style social programs were conducted for employees.
